As a therapist, I approach my practice with a person-centered and neurodiverse perspective. My focus is on clients aged 14 and up, couples 18 and older, with a depth of experience with the ASD community. I prioritize understanding and valuing each individual's unique experiences, perspectives, and strengths; as I prioritize the creation of a safe and empowering space where clients feel respected, accepted, and supported in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and goals.
