I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for helping individuals live life to their fullest potential. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse in a variety of clinical settings, caring for individuals across the lifespan experiencing physical and mental health crises. I obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, and have since gained experience working in inpatient psychiatry, outpatient psychiatry, PHP/IOP, community mental health, and in providing interventional treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato. My clinical focus is integrative psychiatry, in which I can offer not only psychotropic medication management, but also nutritional psychiatry, brief supportive therapy, mindfulness interventions, and more. I utilize evidence-based guidelines with a holistic lens and collaborative approach, knowing that there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to healing. As a provider, I feel honored to be a part of your story and support you not only in achieving remission of your symptoms, but towards living a life filled with wholeness and joy.
