Our clinicians blend nervous system–centered work with relational depth and a strong social justice lens. Many of our therapists hold lived experience within LGBTQIA+ communities and are committed to creating spaces where you can feel seen, supported, and fully yourself. We work with trauma, identity exploration, chronic stress, relationships, and the ways the body carries our stories — always honoring your autonomy and pace.
