Provider Description
I’m a queer trans nonbinary South Asian therapist who specializes in empowering TGNC, LGBTQA+, and BIPOC teens and adults in their healing. I am familiar with the difficulties and complexities of carrying marginalized identities, and draw from my lived and professional experiences to co-create a restorative relationship that cultivates curiosity, awareness, expression, and self-compassion. My practice is eclectic, relational, and centers on trauma-informed practices. I work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relational issues, or who are looking to explore their racial, gender, and/or sexual identities.
