I'm a cancer genetic counselor who sees patients via telehealth / telephone across Kansas and Missouri. As a queer woman I have taken time to learn about the history of my field and understand the need for more inclusive counseling practices to help our LGBTQ+ patients feel supported and advocated for, and I'm happy to be part of that change!
