Provider Description
I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia with many years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe in helping each person achieve their own goals and walking with them rather than directing them. I am direct with each person I work with but will always treat my clients with respect and unconditional acceptance. I am LGBTQIA+ allied, I'm a prism (I make rainbows) . I am the proud mother of two members of the community. I do my best to provide an affirming safe environment for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I treat each person the same way I would want my child treated by a therapist. I sometime bring my geeky nature into therapy. Do we need to explore your identity I developed a Star Trek based intervention to help with that. Do you want to explore your view of yourself or your partner we can use aspects dungeons and dragons to explore that. Have you been feeling disempowered , lets channel your inner super hero!
