Therapy can be a daunting thought – going into a space to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with someone you have never met before. I am here to help make that process easier. You deserve to have a space that is safe and supportive with a therapist that you know will never judge you. I want to work with you to create a space infused with empathy, unconditional acceptance, and genuineness. You are welcome to show up just as you are and that is more than enough. You or your child may be healing from trauma, experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, behavior difficulties, or feeling lost and alone. I am here to help guide you through whatever brings you into my office and together create a plan to help you move toward a more balanced life. I enjoy working with young children, adults, and the LGBTQ2IA+ community. I have specialized training in Play Therapy and trauma informed care for children as well as writing gender affirming surgery support letters and exploring gender and sexuality development with clients.
