Hi! I'm excited you're here and are considering me for help on your healing path. If you are ready to learn about yourself, grow, and have a willingness to unpack some wounds in order to move forward, then you're in the right place. It can be hard to be vulnerable and let strangers in so congrats on stepping out of your comfort zone! It's hard, but it's worth it! If you're ready to form new healing connections, then I'm ready to help you embrace the process and empower you to be your best self, one day at a time. I am a currently a Clinical Mental Health Therapy Intern completing my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in trauma therapy. I use a strengths-based humanistic approach to therapy from an attachment-based and feminist theory lens. I offer trauma informed care grounded in authenticity, vulnerability, and compassion. I am neurodivergent, queer, invisibly disabled with chronic illnesses, and am a survivor of complex trauma. I also haved lived experience with marginalization, poverty, chronic stress, burnout, self-esteem issues, religious trauma, and domestic violence.
