As a queer therapist, I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ folks who are navigating trauma, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, and burnout. Many of the people I work with have histories of complex trauma, emotional neglect, harmful relationships, or traumatic loss. Others are looking for a safe, affirming space to unpack internalized shame, reconnect with their bodies, and learn new ways of connecting to themselves and others.
