I have expertise working with: stress + anxiety, grief or depression, social anxiety, relationship problems, LGBTQ+ issues, high net worth clients, "difficult" personalities, trauma, and emotional problems of all kinds. I also work very well with therapy first-timers, other therapists, and those who've had bad experiences in past treatments. I'm trained in both psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. Most often, I meet with clients in psychodynamic therapy for one 50-minute session / week. I also offer more intensive psychoanalytic therapy at a frequency of 2-4 sessions / week.
