Many clients who work with me find themselves feeling isolated and alone in spaces where they seek care. Therapy with me is not about providing a one-size-fits all experience or aims to make you different. We’ll work together to navigate your problems together as a team and center your lived experience and identities. As a Queer, Transgender, Neurodivergent therapist of color, I know how important it is to feel seen and understood in therapy. My therapeutic approach centers human connection, honoring and celebrating every part of your identity, so you know that you are not alone in your journey.
