I am a trauma-informed Associate Clinical Social Worker providing affirming, nonjudgmental care for LGBTQ+ individuals. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity-related concerns, with a strong focus on supporting those who feel marginalized or misunderstood. In our first session, we’ll move at your pace while exploring what brings you in and what you hope to gain from therapy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and safe. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and EMDR, tailored to your unique needs. I support clients in building coping skills, processing trauma, and strengthening self-acceptance and identity. I welcome clients across the gender and sexuality spectrum and am committed to inclusive, culturally responsive care.
