I am a (gender)queer politicized psychotherapist and somatics practitioner whose work is grounded in embodied healing and social justice. My practice is informed by anti-racist and anti-oppressive praxis; queer and feminist politics; body and sex positive values; kink awareness; harm reduction; and trauma-informed frameworks. I employ a holistic approach that is relational, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive. I work with 2SLGBTQIA people as an individual and couples therapist and have over fifteen years of experience supporting people with gender and sexual identity; relationship issues; anxiety and depression; grief and loss; suicidal ideation; eating disorders; substance use; and trauma in the context of trauma-informed therapy and social justice organizing.
