I have 7+ years of experience as a full time addictionologist practicing in Ohio. As of September 2025, I joined ORTC, LLC at one of our three opioid treatment programs in Lane County, Oregon, the West Eugene Treatment Center. We provide medication based treatment with methadone and oral buprenorphine (generic versions of suboxone) and addiction counselling for individuals struggling with opioid use. If you also struggle with other drug use in addition to opioid use, our counselling services extend to this also. I also provide care through our ICOD (Integrated Co-occurring Disorders) program for our three clinics in Lane County (West Eugene Treatment Center, Eugene Treatment Center, and Springfield Treatment Center). That program provides mental health services to our patients with mild to moderate severity mental health conditions. We do not prescribe benzodiazepines or stimulant medications, but most other mental health medications to are acceptable. For needs beyond our services, we assist patients with medical referrals and assist with navigating community resources for things like insurance, housing, peer support, detox, inpatient, and residential treatment. Our organization is also comfortable working with patients who are drug court, probation, or may face the legal challenges of their substance use, including incarceration. This includes continuing medication treatment with buprenorphine AND methadone if they find themselves in jail within Lane County. And, of course, all of staff are comfortable working with individuals of the LGBTQ+ community.
