I currently have openings for new clients. Feel free to reach out via email if you would like to set up services. I work primarily with LGBTQIA+ adults who want to work through anxiety, depression, and trauma, or improve their ability to manage the stress of life by utilizing somatic interventions. I strive to help individuals visualize and create a life that brings them fulfillment and joy. As a Mental Health Therapist, my goal is to support you in your journey by offering you a space to talk through worries or behaviors that are impeding your ability to live the life you wish to live. I look forward to hearing from you! I am a Somatic, CBT based clinician who believes in developing a unique treatment plan to work through the goals you set. I have worked with individuals on the spectrum to develop social-emotional skills along with clients looking to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, social- anxiety, self-esteem building, and LGBTQIA concerns. My goal is to offer a safe space to work through the life experiences that weigh heavily on your heart and to create a space where each person can find their own truths.
