Therapy offers you a supportive space where you can journey down a path of intentional healing. Together we can walk through the difficulties in life and begin to cultivate effective communication skills, build your confidence, and increase your internal awareness. I believe it is my role as your therapist to provide guidance and support that encourages your growth and promotes balance in your life. I have training in helping people struggling with OCD through exposure and response prevention (ERP). My true passion involves working with the LGBTQ+ community, ethically non-monogamous couples, and people within the kink scene. Deciding that this is the time for change may evoke a lot of fear. As you venture into the storm, you can rest assured that you are not alone. I invite you to reach out with questions about this process and to support you as you begin your counseling journey. I am ready to help you along your path regardless of where it takes you.
