As a trans and queer therapist, I know how powerful it can be to feel truly understood—and how rare that can feel in a world that often misunderstands or marginalizes us. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in social justice. I integrate person-centered therapy, somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), multicultural frameworks, and cognitive-behavioral tools to support your unique needs and goals.
