I’m Mx. Lauren Johnson, a queer, trans, non‑monogamous, disabled AuDHD therapist with lived experience of OCD. I specialize in helping adults and teens 16+ navigate intrusive thoughts, mental compulsions, and “what if” loops that can feel overwhelming. Using I-CBT (Inference-Based CBT) alongside a collaborative, identity-affirming approach, you can bring your whole self to therapy without over-explaining or filtering. Together, we work to untangle stuck thought patterns, rebuild self-trust, and help you feel grounded, empowered, and freer in your daily life.
