I'm a Psychotherapist and the founding clinical director of the Affirmative Therapy Collective - a group psychotherapy practice with an office in NYC and licenses in NY, NJ, FL, MI, MN, PA and WI for virtual therapy. We specialize in affirmative work with those struggling with body image, disordered eating, eating disorders, neurodivergent issues and burn out, ADHD, Autism/ASD, relationship issues (including within your relationship to yourself) and trauma, including coming out trauma, family trauma, relationship trauma and sexual trauma. While we all work a little differently, we're united by our shared commitment to modern, engaged, affirmative therapy: client centered care, trauma informed care, harm reduction, anti-racism and a Health at Every Size® (HAES®) approach.
