Provider Description
With eight years of experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I offer a comprehensive approach to mental health care, including psychiatric evaluations, supportive therapy and treatment with medications. I have experience diagnosing and treating patients with a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses, from mood disorders to stress/anxiety, trauma, and many others. I enjoy working with neurodivergent patients and I offer assessments for ADHD and autism. Other patients I like to work with are members of the LGBTQ+ community, students, young professionals, people trying to navigate chronic health conditions and pregnant women. My approach to care is warm, compassionate, and empowering. I aim to create a collaborative and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel seen, heard, and understood. My patients' unique values, preferences and goals are the main focus of treatment. I am committed to helping patients develop internal resources and build resilience, whether they are managing a longstanding condition or navigating a new mental health challenge.
