Provider Description
š ABOUT MY PRACTICE Therapy for humans carrying glitter, rage, & a whole lot of unprocessed bullshit. I work with LGBTQIA+ adults & cishet folks who know how to act - real humans navigating attachment wounds, trauma, & the very real impact of systemic bullshit. My people feel deeply, overthink loudly, & are tired of carrying everyone elseās shit. A lot of them have been āthe strong oneā for way too long. If youāre somewhere between āIām holding it togetherā & āfuck this noise, something has to change,ā youāre in the right place. šļø WHAT TO EXPECT By the time we get to a first session, weāve already done a vibe check - so weāre not starting from ground zero. Weāve already figured out that weāve clicked so now weāre starting to build something that actually feels solid. Our relationship comes first. Always. My ultimate goalās to create a space where you can be real without filtering yourself or overthinking every damn word. Weāll start getting into whatās bringing you in - whether thatās complex trauma, attachment stuff, or gender shit thatās been living in the āIāll deal with it fucking laterā category. That can look like questioning, trying on new language, untangling what actually fits vs. what you were taught, & figuring out how (or if) you want to invite people into that part of your life. Weāre not fast-tracking through your life story. Weāre building a space & a relationship that can actually hold it. š§ HOW I WORK Iām a queer, millennial therapist with a soft spot for humans whoāve been through some shit & are still really fucking trying. My work centers gender-affirming care, trauma, attachment wounds, & the systems that mess with your sense of self-worth in the first place. I use trauma-informed, attachment-based, feminist, & liberation-focused approaches, along with parts work (IFS), somatic awareness, & narrative therapy. Together weāre not just naming what fucking hurts - Iām helping you understand how these things shaped you, what patterns came from them, & how to shift the ones that donāt align anymore. My vibe is warm, open, irreverent, & real as hell. No robot therapy voice. No clinical maze. And yeah - there will def. gonna be some cussing (like you couldnāt tell already), because sometimes thatās just the most honest language weāve got. ⨠WHATāS DIFFERENT HERE Iām not a blank slate therapist. I show up as a real human who gives a shit. If it doesnāt feel like youāre talking to a friend, Iām fucking doing it wrong. Weāre going to be honest, get curious, & build something that actually works for your life - not some polished, performative version of it. This is a space for gender exploration, boundary work, trauma healing, & unlearning the shit that never fit in the first place. You donāt have to have the right words, you just have to show up. š§¾ ADDITIONAL SERVICES I provide gender-affirming care, including surgical readiness letters through a collaborative, non-gatekeeping process. Most letters are completed within a few sessions, depending on your needs. I also support clients navigating burnout, boundaries, self-esteem & self-trust, & identity development, especially when youāre in that messy in-between space of āI know something has to change, I just donāt know what yet.ā
