As an LGBTQ+ affirming holistic health coach, I guide individuals in building wellness routines that reflect their authentic selves. My goal is to offer a compassionate environment where clients feel empowered to prioritize their well-being, develop meaningful habits, and embrace a path toward physical and emotional health. In a typical health and wellness coaching session, we’ll begin by identifying your current goals and any obstacles you’re facing on your wellness journey. Whether you're looking to improve your nutrition, incorporate more movement into your daily life, or manage stress, I’ll provide personalized guidance and support. Together, we’ll create actionable steps that fit your lifestyle and align with your values. Each session is designed to help you build sustainable, healthy habits that feel authentic to you, while offering the accountability and encouragement needed to stay on track and reach your goals.
