I am a licensed psychotherapist with 22 years of experience specializing in work with the LGBTQ+ community. I provide a safe, affirming space for clients exploring issues such as coming out, gender identity and transition, sexual orientation, navigating family and cultural dynamics, relationship challenges, and building self-acceptance in the face of stigma. In addition to talk therapy, I integrate Somatic Experiencing to help release the effects of stress and trauma held in the body, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to build practical strategies for managing anxiety, depression, and other challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique journey. My goal is to support you in feeling seen, understood, and empowered to live authentically.
