I work with adolescents, adults, and relationship structures of all kinds including poly and CNM. I am passionate about supporting folks who are on journeys of queer identity exploration, have experienced relational trauma or abuse, folks struggling with relationship dynamics, those experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety, and are autistic and/or neurodiverse. My work is rooted in considering the ecosystem of mind, body, spirit, and culture in relationship to community and self. My approach involves being curious about you as a whole person and tapping into the complex interplay of your embodied and emotional world. I draw influence from a Relational, Mindfulness, and Depth lens and am further inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic, and Existential techniques.As a client-centered therapist, I seek to empower you to define your unique needs and goals for our work together. I am deeply committed to an antiracist, queer-affirming, sex/ kink positive and trauma-informed practice.
