I am passionate in supporting clients through an array of mental health struggles. I have experience working with a wide variety of clients spanning different ages, gender identities, and sexual orientations. I am experienced in assisting adolescent and adult clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+ concerns, grief, motivation, socioeconomic stressors, self-esteem issues, school stressors, and more. My therapeutic modalities of specialty include narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. These styles allow me to work with clients through stages of change while also processing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that have, or continue to, affect one’s life. Coming into therapy can be hard at first. Getting to know someone new, telling them all about yourself, and hoping you connect in order to help yourself with mental wellbeing is a big process!
