Using an existential and liberation-focused approach, Internal Family Systems, and Brainspotting, I empower clients to step into their agency, create personal meaning of their histories and experiences, get to know and love themselves, and process trauma to break free from painful patterns. Through our work, my clients will feel transformed, develop a strong inner compass, and be able to act from an authentic place.
