I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking personal growth and/or who may be struggling to manage stress related to work-life balance, relationships, trauma, or changes in physical health. As a woman of color I value the integration of multicultural issues into my work and seek to empower my clients using a strengths-based approach. As a health psychologist I seek to integrate the mind-body connection into my work, which consists of using evidence-based treatments in combination with a thorough understanding of my clients’ diverse attributes.
