Shubhangi Kapatkar is an Ayurveda Practitioner and Life Coach, past management leader for over 25 years of experience, currently completing the Ayurveda Clinical Speacilist (ACS) and is a Panchakarma Technician (PKT) with over 2000 hours of training from Kerala Ayurveda US Academy and is a California Licensed Massage Therapist specialized in Polarity, Craniosacral, and Myofascial Therapy. With the unique energy healing knowledge and understanding of deep information and principles of Ayurveda directly from ancient texts such as Ashtang Hridayam and various Sanhita (collection of literature on Ayurveda Principles), Shubhangi performs the root cause analysis of the imbalances in health which is also known as “dis-ease”. Shubhangi works on creating a personalized wellness plan through consultations and guide the individual to achieve the long-term goals of health balance and disease management.
