It focuses on prevention and disease management by analyzing a person's unique constitution and imbalances through elemental compositions or energy principals. 3. An intake is an hour long and detailed dietary and lifestyle guidance is provided, along with suggestions on Ayurvedic techniques and yoga. We suggest safe herbal formulations and therapies like Panchakarma. 4. A follow up is typically half hour long, in about three months. 5. We focus on empowering the client to work on their long-term health and wellness. 6. Integrative approach - We complement other forms of medical practices and encourage people to continue working with their providers.
