🌈 Welcome! My name is Nadia and I am a queer, non-binary, bicultural Palestinian American who provides psychotherapy to adults (ages 18+). While my practice is physically located in Virginia, I can see folks in many other states virtually! I approach psychotherapy from a non-pathologizing, strengths-based lens that prioritizes and honors client narratives within their own social context. I enjoy working with queer folks to develop a more compassionate and non-judgmental understanding of their experiences, identities, behaviors, and relationships, while exploring a path towards meaningful change. I specialize in working with anxiety related concerns, identity exploration, identity-based stress and trauma, intergenerational trauma, family of origin concerns, and general life transitions.
