I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. I specialize in depression, anxiety, women's issues, life transitions, grief, and disordered. My clients will learn how to express their emotions and use effective coping skills to manage symptoms. I strive to provide a safe space where my clients feel heard, welcomed and can be open and say anything on their minds without judgment. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. I specialize in depression, anxiety, women's issues, life transitions, grief, and disordered. My clients will learn how to express their emotions and use effective coping skills to manage symptoms. I strive to provide a safe space where my clients feel heard, welcomed and can be open and say anything on their minds without judgment. I am trained to work with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma. For eating disorders, I utilize Family Based Treatment with minors and heavily involve guardians. I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help challenge negative thinking patterns and Accelerated Resolution Therapy to turn negative brain images into positive images We would be a great fit if you prefer your therapist to be a laid back individual you can say anything to while also being challenged appropriately. If I feel it is appropriate, I am not afraid to bring up sensitive topics to help you understand your emotions better and work through them. My office is a safe space where you can be your authentic self!
