Hi, I’m Josh Brewster (he/him), a licensed therapist with 20+ years of experience helping people move through life’s challenges with clarity and purpose. I offer a straightforward, compassionate, and practical approach—therapy with me is about making meaningful progress, not just talking in circles. My practice is affirming and inclusive of LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. I understand how identity, relationships, and past experiences shape the way we show up in the world—and in therapy. Whether you're navigating addiction, aging, anxiety, grief, relationship stress, or life transitions, I'm here to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Our first session is a conversation. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you hope will feel different. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just a willingness to explore. Together, we’ll set some goals and start working toward them right away. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and—when needed—lightened by a little humor.
