My hope for our time together is that you feel seen and heard, that you don’t worry about being judged or rejected—any of the feelings that make it difficult to speak up in life! Removing those barriers makes so much possible. I incorporate Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT), mindfulness, realistic self-care, social justice and feminist theory, creative expression, creative coping strategies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), safety planning, and fat & body liberation work. Ultimately, how I approach our sessions will be tailored to you. I am passionate about building community through connection. I am passionate about creative, anti-capitalist survival. I’m even more passionate about moving alongside you toward thriving. I encourage you to bring your full self to our time together because I am ready to meet you exactly where and as you are.
