My name is Bruce Steinberg, and I am a gay man and the owner of Blue Sky Counseling LLC. For more than 15 years, I have helped individuals and couples navigate addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work with gay, lesbian, and other LGBTQ+ clients, helping people address issues such as identity development, self-esteem, family conflict, religious trauma, relationship concerns, substance use, and the unique challenges that can arise from living authentically in a world that is not always accepting. I believe that meaningful change is possible even during life's most difficult moments. Therapy works best when there is a genuine connection between counselor and client, so my goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly, feel understood, and develop practical strategies for creating the life and relationships you want. Clients often describe me as approachable, compassionate, and deeply invested in their growth and success.
