A little about my counseling style is I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals assess and process their thinking patterns, challenge any negative thinking, and teach them how to cope and manage a healthier mindset. I specialize in how our sense of self such as our self esteem, self talk, self care impacts anxiety and depression. I am a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. A session with me looks more like an engaging conversation where I help guide individuals where they need to go.
