Many obstacles arise in life, my job is to help you navigate the things that are getting in the way. Treatment goals are determined by each individual and so a variety of modalities and therapeutic approaches will be considered to create a therapy experience that is unique to your needs. I believe in skill development so that the improvements you make are lasting and within your power to continue to build upon. I have experience helping individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health disorders, complex trauma histories, and struggles pertaining to identity. I enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, adults, and teens. I believe that mutual respect, cultural competence, and a non-judgmental, safe space are essential for therapeutic work
