I can help you address many mental health, relationship, academic, and behavioral concerns. In sessions, I match evidence-based therapies to each situation, issue, and client. Sometimes therapy can feel ‘heavy.’ To find balance, I emphasize honesty, humor, and incorporate a sense of lightness. I strive to create a safe and confidential space for you to be seen and heard – a space where you feel comfortable being your unapologetic, authentic self.
