Hi there! As a neurodivergent queer therapist, I know how important it is to find a clinician who truly GETS you. My vibe is open, playful, grounded, and curious. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship centered on trust, warmth, humor, and respect. I’m committed to an intersectional approach that acknowledges the systems of power impacting your mental health, and operate from a sex-positive, body-neutral, anti-oppressive lens. I am neurodiversity-affirming and open to creative communication, knowing that fun, safety, and connection look different across abilities and the lifespan. I'm particularly passionate about long-term, relational work and trauma healing. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma, and am available via telehealth and in-person in Loring Park.
