I work to provide that to you and work with individuals who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges, with a specific focus on supporting queer, LGBTQ+, poly, kink and allied individuals. As a team, we might work on feeling disconnected from yourself or your community, struggling to find your sense of worth or direction, or navigating through past traumas. I offer a blended approach to therapy that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Psychology, that is tailored specifically to your unique experiences. Navigating mental health can feel isolating and difficult, especially right now. You don't have to deal with this alone. I offer in person sessions in downtown Columbia (weekday evenings and Friday 10AM - 7PM) and online sessions from anywhere in South Carolina (Monday through Friday 10AM - 7PM).
