I am an experienced Psychotherapist who provides therapy to children, adolescents, adults and parents/caregivers. When people come to my office (either in person or via video session), I want them to feel as comfortable as possible. One of my strengths as a therapist is my ability to build connections with people through my warm, accepting and easy-going personality. I think of therapy sessions as a series of conversations between two (or more) people and I value being genuine and relatable in my work with clients of all ages. In addition to a strong therapeutic relationship, I draw from many different therapeutic approaches when supporting clients, including: -Emotion-Focused Therapy -Cognitive- Behavioural Therapy -Solution-Focused Therapy -Acceptance and Commitment Therapy I have extensive experience working with concerns such as anxiety, depression, burnout (parental and/or more general), emotion regulation challenges, learning and attention challenges (LD, ADHD), social/interpersonal issues, family conflict, LGBTQ+ identity and concerns and more.
