Together, we'll explore your emotions, upbringing, and life events, finding what makes you feel "stuck." Let's find out what your next chapter will look like. Drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I've worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, Autism, LGBTQIA+ issues, and more. I also have experience providing letters for insurance regarding HRT and gender-affirming surgeries.
