I am a holistic and intersectional sex and trauma therapist who approaches sexual concerns from a person-centered, anti-oppressive, and non-judgmental way. I practice and am committed to cultural humility and believe you are the expert of your life. By attending to your bio-psycho-social-sexual self and holding space for each person’s various identities and lived experiences, we navigate your therapeutic work together. No person is broken. Each and every one of us are uniquely special beings worthy of being loved and nurtured. I view my role as your therapist as supporting you in addressing your current reality, healing wounds, and navigating the barriers you face so you may live the life you desire. Together, we co-create the container in which you feel comfortable and courageous to embark on this journey of growth.
