Hello and welcome! My name is Trinasia Jones and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in individual and group counseling. I currently maintain a virtual private practice in Mass. As a trauma informed therapist, my goal is to address the impact of trauma and to promote a culture of safety, empowerment and healing. While we work through challenges, we will uncover your short and long term goals. While at the same time, we will strive for you to build your self-confidence and self-worth. By utilizing a combination of therapeutic approaches, we will unlearn long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
