Sometimes, things can get overwhelming and scary, and a solution becomes hard to see. Let me help you by creating the space to be YOU: to gain self-awareness, reach the best version of yourself, and reduce the discomfort of the distressful feelings that arise. I'm seeing all individuals, couples, and families. I am passionate about supporting clients facing identity crises, addiction, religious trauma, sexual and affectional issues, and life transitions. As a humanist counselor, I provide a holistic, collaborative approach, emphasizing each individual's inherent worth and potential. I create an inclusive, empathetic environment, focusing on self-awareness, empowerment, and resilience. I am also a Peer Recovery Specialist, and for several years, I supported college students in recovery from substance use disorders, processing addiction, and disordered eating at the Collegiate Recovery Program, Longwood Recovers.
