Provider Description
I enjoy hearing people's stories and working with them to use their strengths to make their lives better. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, strengths-based approaches, short-term therapy, and family systems work to support clients in reaching their goals. I ask the client how I can help and how they will know when they no longer need counseling. What will be in their life and what will they be doing? I let the clients tell me about themselves, what brought them to counseling, and how I can help.
