Provider Description
You deserve therapy that sees all of you—not just your symptoms. I work with clients who are ready to make meaningful change but feel blocked by internal struggles or limiting environments. Whether you’re navigating trauma, neurodivergence, identity, or life transitions, we’ll work together to find what needs healing, what needs power, and what needs space to grow. I specialize in trauma therapy, adult ADHD and Autism, LGBTQ+ issues, dissociation, and identity development. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, queer, or exploring who they are beyond the expectations placed on them. I also have experience supporting veterans, military service members, and their families. I bring a deep respect for the life you live. As a neurodivergent, nonbinary therapist, I bring both clinical and lived insight. I show up as a whole person—present, real, and ready to hold space for all of you.
