My work is integrative, blending evidence-based tools with narrative and feminist therapy frameworks. I show up as an engaged therapist — someone who asks questions, connects dots, and helps you make meaning. Therapy with me isn’t passive. It’s a process of co-creating insight, healing, and change that reflects your values, while also addressing symptom reduction. * My work is grounded in deep respect for people navigating complex inner worlds and external realities—concerns around gender, sex, sexuality, relationships; unpacking childhood experiences, parenting while healing, midlife transitions, perimenopause; coping with chronic illness, or simply longing to live with greater intention and ease. * While my practice has a strong focus on working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities, you don’t need to hold a particular identity to feel at home here.
