Dear Rooted Lotus is an LGBTQ+, POC & neurodiversity-affirming, body-trust, sex-positive, poly/kink-aware practice for individuals and partners, founded by queer woman of color, Rebekah. As a bilingual psychotherapist, Rebekah specializes in trauma, sex, gender, relationship, and eating disorders. She is trained in Gender Sexuality and Relationship Diversity therapy, sex therapy, IFS, EMDR, somatic, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. If you want to find calm amidst anxiety and stress, to heal from relational trauma and attachment wounds, to alleviate shame about sex issues, to rediscover love and affection with your partner(s), to seek peace in your struggles with food, or to achieve self-acceptance through (gender or racial) identity exploration.
