I am a clinical psychologist who practices cognitive behavioral therapy in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Duke. I specialize in helping to manage mood, anxiety, and stress challenges. While my personal practice primarily focuses on adults ages 65+, I also supervise clinical psychology learners in the treatment of adults across the lifespan.
