I emphasize a compassionate, collaborative, and empathic approach to assessment and therapy. I work to create a safe, non-judgmental space that facilitates authenticity and exploration. I view therapy as a space to gain increased self-awareness and insight while also developing psychological and behavioral skills to navigate life's challenges.
